FAQ
Why is the delivery of this product so slow?
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier capacity, and peak seasons. Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to your email. If an item is on preorder or made-to-order, the product page estimate applies.
Why does the logistics not update for a period of time after shipment?
Carriers sometimes take 1–3 business days to scan a package into their network after pickup. Tracking can stay unchanged during transit between hubs. If there is no update for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number.
If this product is not suitable, can it be returned or exchanged?
Yes. We offer a 60-day fit guarantee on eligible items. Please include your order number when you reach out so we can help with a return or exchange.
Why does this product look tighter when worn?
Compression and shaping fabrics are designed to hug the body. For the best fit, check the size chart on the product page and compare your measurements before ordering.
